This document discusses how anyone can develop a home based business by calling professionals. As well, it covers related trainings designed to give relative Newcomers to the business the ABCs of how to attract the more seasoned professional Networker into your home based business. Trust me you can and trust me it pays! Most Newcomers are too intimidated to even try and for that simple reason this whole concept can become your strong point, as long as you know how. You will stand out from the crowd and impress a veteran Networker. Follow along and you will see you too can build a residual income in a home based business. For years we have taught people how to constantly upgrade the quality of prospect on their contact list. This is another big step up in that concept. With this kind of training and understanding anybody can fill their contact base funnel with many people that already have bought into the dream of a residual income and learned through experience many of the success habits necessary to grow a home based business. Invest some of your time each week by making new contacts with experienced Networkers. There are literally thousands upon thousands of seasoned veterans of NWM out there that are very frustrated because things are not going well for them and especially their teams. I know because I was one of them!!! In order to give you the confidence and the coaching to be able to attract some of these leaders let’s look into what their mindset is and why they think the way they do in building their home based business. It is always a wise thing to know your prospect in any kind of selling venture. I will try and keep things as simple as I can but it will take some effort on your part to understand the psychology behind what we are doing to really create a long term residual income using this particular strategy. You can be very confident in your knowledge that for the most part Networking professionals are quite frustrated because of the poor success rates in developing a residual income in their own Networks. Most are in a treadmill scenario and constantly in need of replacing those that quit their home based business venture. Very few Networks are growing and very few companies can demonstrate a successful track record domestically after their first 3 years of initial growth. Seasoned Networkers usually only get approached by two kinds of people. Other seasoned Networkers or the aggressive “sales type” of person. We don’t normally pay much attention to these “drivers” as they do not build relationships and have little long term success unless they change their focus of building a home based business. Seasoned Networkers approach others with integrity and honesty and avoid hype and sales “techniques” per se. They will normally state their purpose for calling quickly and are normally very respectful. They are interested to see if you keep your options open. I have learned that if you are open about sharing ideas, strategies and tips etc., on how to create a long term residual income, then more times than not, people are open to having a conversation. They fully understand that quality people take their time and want to get to know a person. People buy who we are before they buy what we have. The fortune is in the follow up! Veterans are not going to jump into something without a ton of research. Our objective is to fill our funnels with many of these kinds of people and stay in touch regularly building our relationship and getting to know them and what their needs are. Most Newcomers are going to think to themselves “Why would a seasoned veteran get involved with me in my home based business?” This is how Newcomers think and the main reason so very few will do this activity unless they are properly trained and confident in the system as they work towards building a residual income. This is where you will stand out from the crowd because you are using professional techniques that normally only the seasoned veterans know in terms of developing a home based business. We must never try to “fake it until we make it” and be something we are not. This will just not work and is wrong anyhow. A true professional doesn’t really care about where a person is at in their progress; they care about the character of the person in reality. Newcomers can be very comfortable with the fact that they are new and that they rely on the system, tools and coaching of their support team to handle the more in-depth process with these kinds of veterans. Our job is simply to meet people, get to know them and see if they are the kind of person that we wish to work with and be friends with. Over time, perhaps a few will want to venture into our home based business and build a residual income. Veterans will have preconceived ideas about ABC Company and because of the evolution of our industry this may create some objections initially. Don’t be afraid of objections as it gives us a chance for further communication and understanding. Our job is to share the facts because the facts are good enough. This is why so many veterans have joined the company over the past few years. People just like all of us who are building a peaceful residual income. Patience is the key while people learn the facts and see how the big picture relates to their needs. Attracting leaders like this comes down to your people handling skills in reality. Can you meet people and become friends? Professional Networkers will never turn down a chance to get to know another Networker from another home based business. Why would they? Some of the nicest people you will ever meet are experienced Networkers. That goes against everything we are doing. So why be afraid to call one? This is really self-image stuff going on here. Why would anybody lack the confidence to meet nice people and get to know each other and even help each other out in their respective home based business? The real dream of every Networker is to build a peaceful residual income! That is what they have been working their home based business towards. The fortune is in the follow up and your ability to build a solid relationship. This means showing respect, listening for understanding, not reacting and just being in service. If you made 25 new friends of professional Networkers and stay in touch you will attract some into your home based business over time. It’s already happening all over. Then there is the personal growth material and the daily success habits we have at our home based business team. Veteran Networkers are much more aware than the average person just how critical this is for people in a Network if they want to build a successful residual income. The track record of Networks that supplied proper and effective personal growth material regularly is much better than those that haven’t. Veterans are quite aware of this as well as the power of a team and its accountability factor like in local groups. Our home based business team demonstrates the same attributes of a local group! Your sincerity and ability to edify the culture of our team enthusiastically will help many of those you speak with become curious and check it out. When they do they will begin to see the bigger overall vision and where our team is going and how we plan to get there. Veterans will understand that they can plug people into an already existing place for the empowerment material and help their friends and contacts develop their own leadership skills. This has long been a real problem in Networking, effective leadership coaching is invaluable and veterans know it! The secret is in the relationships and relationships take time to develop. Your continued following up on a regular basis will impress any veteran believe me! Very few Networkers ever do the follow up and thus lose the opportunity to enroll quality people to build their home based business and create a sustainable residual income. Your desire, professionalism and dedication will go a long way in proving that our culture at out home is different and working. People buy who you are before they buy what you have!!! Home Based Business - Relationship Marketing In today’s fast paced society, there seems to be an ever increasing quest and thirst for getting access to information at the speed of light. Oh sure the internet has revolutionized that process and I for one am very happy to have this sort of access. I use the internet on a daily basis to build my residual income and create a solid home based business. However, it seems while we are in such a rush to develop the next greatest technology to utilize, we have moved away from one key area that is still entrenched in most people. People don’t like to be sold. Rather people buy who we are before they buy what we have to offer. It’s called relationship marketing and it’s so old, that it’s new again. Let me explain what I mean by relationship marketing by the following example. In mlm we hear about the success stories of some people coming into a company and within 6 months they are making a substantial residual income in a home based business. It got me thinking when I was talking to my good friend and coach Cameron Howard about those instant success stories that we periodically hear about. You need to understand that the main reason someone is so successful right away is because of relationship marketing. Those individuals over many years usually have established credibility and respect with hundreds or sometimes thousands of people. So when they decide to move to another company, they have instant credibility and are able to develop a residual income in a home based business. Success leaves clues and you need to really understand this important distinction because this is the only and ethical way to truly build an on line internet business and create a solid residual income for many years. Gone are the days when you could put some cheap ad or internet site together and all of a sudden your phone is ringing off the hook with orders. I’m not sure that ever really happened. My point is that if you approach your home based business with a get rich quick attitude, you will not last. It just doesn’t work that way and it is certainly not a way I would ever coach anyone. Maybe when the internet was first introduced to the masses, people were intrigued by the kinds of information one could have at their fingertips. However, as the internet matures, so too are people getting more educated and sophisticated. People want and crave information on everything today, including how to create a residual income and build a successful home based business. This is not rocket science and much of it when you break it down is very straight forward and just requires some time to invest in understanding how things work. I believe part of the problem with many network marketers, they hit you between the eyes with their product/opportunity within minutes, and sometimes seconds, of first contact. This proves they are not thinking about you, but about their needs. Part of the problem is they don’t have a coach to guide them through the process. No respect and they certainly do not understand about relationship marketing and how it can build a residual income and solidify their home based business. People become our customers and partners because they respect us. It really is that simple and it’s the way the internet is evolving to conduct business online. Respect takes time to build, time being the key word. Our own children know we love them by the time we spend with them not by our words. The time we give others proves our respect. Becoming successful in network marketing is simply about creating a circle of influence or relationships of people that respect you. Over a period of time, you can develop a very stable passive residual income and have a solid home based business. I could not recall or attempt too how many times my good friend and coach would say that we invest time in people. We must invest time into that before a residual income is realized. Impatiently going through huge numbers of people to find the small percentage that are ready right now can be a very demanding and stressful job. By believing in what we are doing, knowing that if we plant enough seeds of respect we will reap a wonderful harvest one day, we build a solid circle of influence and that is our greatest asset in network marketing or any business. Stay focused, build relationships with people, share relevant information with people and over time, you too can have a residual income and a comfortable home based business. Discover A Better Way To Build a Home Based Business Don't Buy Leads - Buy Customer's Home Based Business To be successful in a home based business, recruiting distributors has been the typical methods taught in MLM. There are various methods and systems out there that people utilize to build their team. The fact is nobody will create a residual income for a home based business unless they sponsor people. There are several elements of recruiting effectively that we need to master over time. It’s where we need to focus our attention if we are to develop a long term sustainable residual income in our home business. First, most of the stories of quick success in Network Marketing happened because of a strong sphere of influence. Someone with years of Network Marketing calling all of their contacts about a new opportunity is the most common and certainly the quickest way to build a home based business. Some people enter Networking with a great list. Doctors, sports stars, successful business people etc. If we do not have such credibility with a whole bunch of people, what do we do? Create one! Through diligent, patient hard work one can create a tremendous circle of friends that respect them and over time some will join you in your business. It takes time. However, we as leaders and coaches bringing someone into our home business have a responsibility to teach them correct building strategies. I personally have invested the past 8 to 10 years utilizing various methods and I know of several really powerful methods to build a large organization, which I have incorporated into my home based business. People will watch expecting you to quit and wait to see your success in building a business. It’s only human nature. It’s all about exposure. There are several ways to create a strong list. You can phone hundreds of leads day after day keeping notes and following up effectively. Side Note– if you are purchasing leads from one of those companies, stop wasting your money. There are other ways to create your own leads that are unique to you. I use a system called Veretekk. You can advertise and follow up with people. Another way is to “shake hands online” and get to know people and create an online presence via social networking. The important point is there are several powerful ways to build a team for your home based business and create a residual income, but it really does require you to get to work and team up with a mentor that can assist you in reaching your goals. You don’t have to be anything you are not, everybody has unique gifts and abilities. Just BE you! Don’t think for a minute you have to come across as Mr. or Mrs. Network Marketer who has a really successful home based business if that is not the case. This is a big mistake, “faking it until you make it”. Do that and you will attract a bunch of fakers. We all have unique life experiences to share, special gifts and ability, just BE real and over time by doing the right activities, you too can create a residual income. Do so and get exposure by sharing in a respectful way, BEing a friend. Add value in every relationship. Do so without thought of return just knowing that the goodness you put out will come back multiplied many times over. A kind word here, some compassion there, a little praise and encouragement when needed, just share your stories of life. That’s what successful people do to build large teams for their own home based business and develop a residual income. Do this enough and people will be attracted to you for who you are. The secret is to turn online relationships into telephone friendships. Always invite people to talk on the phone. Make sure your intentions are honest. We don’t look at people as a prospect, look at people as friends and BE one to them respectfully. Now keep in mind, various leaders use different methods to building a home business. On our team, we utilize several powerful strategies to build our home business, including what I mentioned above. Once you have done enough of this you will have created a list of new friends that respect you. Our objective is to have about 150 telephone friends in this manner. Do you realize how many people they could refer you to? Thousands! In one year, out of 150 friends, you can be assured that 3 or 4 will be looking for an opportunity every month. Which ones? Who knows, the only way to find out is by staying in touch and being a friend. We don’t have to beat people up with our incredible, super duper product or the greatest opportunity in the world. People aren’t stupid, if you are in home based business, they know it. Share your passion for what you are doing when you can. It is your enthusiasm for your Vision that draws people to your home business. If one does this, after the initial list has been created which can take months or a year to truly develop, the Law of Averages guarantees at least one person a month will join you in your home based business. It’s a lot of work before results start showing up. This is why most people quit and stay broke. It doesn’t matter what program you are in, if you recruit one solid person in this manner every month, one day you will have an awesome residual income. I used to follow those strategies, until I was introduced to a stress free way to build a home based business and just buy customers.
